MY WAY

My conscious self-awareness journey started when I was 23 years old. I have always been az overthinker and very sensitive already from my childhood. For a good while I mostly had seen the negative side of my sensitivity, but today I think of it as one of the biggest gifts. It helps me to tune into others, to understand a lot which does not happen on the level of words and to feel what could help the other person.
I thank a lot to family constellation and psychodrama, later to Tantra, ecstatic dance and the Sacred Body Awakening. My office job as a project manager and business consultant also gave me important experiences in the insight of the human nature, the wish for optimizing processes, planning and communication.
The Reiki healing entered my life out of the blue and today it is one of the pillars of my treatments.
The journey from self-awareness and energy healing was step-by-step. The Tantra was the start, later meditation came and slowly it wasn’t strange anymore to talk about chakras and moving the energies, and how my life became richer with the emotions and pictures I see during the processes.
As I had been experiencing more, my heart and mind opened up to the possibilities that I can help too. There are these beautiful energies and amazing methods and I am here, the channeler, to bring these to many people.
