Taboo-Breaking Women's Circle, where we connect in a safe space, paying attention to each other, respecting everyone's personal experiences.
We talk openly, without frills, in detail about sexuality, this aspect of female experiences.
We hold the program together with Kinga Tamás in Budapest, once a month.

Why treat yourself to a Sacred Body Awakening somatic touch group before New Year's Eve?
The end of the year is not only about champagne and countdowns. This period is also a natural transition: a time of closure, release and gentle rewiring - in the body, nervous system, soul.
The Sacred Body Awakening somatic touch group gives you the opportunity to let go of everything you don't want to carry into the new year, not only in your head, but also in your body.

Family Constellation and
Sacred Body Awakening

We strive to create harmony between body and soul in this one-day program, where you will have the opportunity to get to know two fantastic methods.
Group Family Constellation led by Veronika Csanda:
Discover the invisible bonds that shape the difficulties of your life journey! Let the family alignment reveal recurring patterns, release blocks, and bring you closer to your inner freedom.
Sacred Body Awakening led by Judit Ember:
Experience the joint healing of body and soul! Loving touches help to resolve blockages related to the feminine side and maternal heritage, and you can recharge with pure, sustaining feminine energy.
You can also apply for the programs separately, but for the full experience, it is worth participating in both!

Opening up
Sacred Body Awakening
Together, in a women's group, we heal the imprints of cold gynecological examinations, the unpleasant feelings and memories that we experienced during treatment or childbirth. Then we fill the body with what a care that treats women as partners would be like, where the opening is the woman's choice and it happens in the rhythm of her body.
During this weekend we work with three Sacred Body Awakening constellations: we soften and surround the feminine side with care, and then we enter the space of gentle opening to make room for healing and revelation.
The program is held in Budapest together with my fellow Sacred Body Awakening facilitator Anikó Durst, in Hungarian and English.
