Taboo-Breaking Women's Circle, where we connect in a safe space, paying attention to each other, respecting everyone's personal experiences.
We talk openly, without frills, in detail about sexuality, this aspect of female experiences.
We hold the program together with Kinga Tamás in Budapest, once a month.

Sacred Body Awakening – Healing the Father Wound with Somatic Touch
The father is the first male image in our lives. It affects us both when he was present – and when he was absent.
Our relationship with the father is deeply inscribed in our bodies: it determines how we relate to safety, our boundaries, our strength, our self-esteem, action and masculine energy – in both women and men.
On this occasion, we will work with the Sacred Body Awakening method on the father wound and the blockages related to the masculine side, retention, leadership and the relationship with power.
This event is for you if you feel that:
* your relationship with your father still affects your present,
* you have difficulties with masculine energy, assertiveness or trust
* you would like to resolve blockages, sadness on a deeper physical level, not just in your head.

The program is held in Budapest together with my Sacred Body Awakening facilitator Anikó Durst, in Hungarian and English.

The practice takes place in clothes, in a soft, attentive environment. This time we experience it in a mixed, male-female group.

Mother Wound
The imprint of the relationship with your mother lives in your body.
In your relationships.
In your self-esteem.
In how much you can give and receive.
We invite you to remember and slow down, so that through touch we can bring up and overwrite the wounds that we have acquired in our relationship with our mother.
We look forward to hearing from you if you feel that you are open to body-focused self-knowledge, if you feel that your relationship with your mother is difficult or contradictory.

Sacred Body Awakening touch is a celebration of the female body, releasing its blocks, and healing it. A space where you can meet yourself at your own pace, in safety and love – and other women who want to connect deeply and honestly with their own bodies.

For all women who want to connect with their bodies from the heart. Who has a desire for deeper self-knowledge, the healing power of touch, and the sustaining love of the feminine circle.
