Sacred Body Awakening – Touch Group | Healing the Mother Wound

The maternal relationship is the most defining in our lives. We invite you to heal it.

We stop for an evening.

We slow down.

And we gently connect to the layer where the mother wound lives within us – in the memory of our body.

​

The Sacred Body Awakening touch group is a somatic, body-focused self-knowledge session, where we can connect to ourselves and each other in a safe space through touch. This evening we work with the imprints, gaps, and pains of our relationship with our mother through the body.

Why is this good?

​

A mother wound can be the background to many of our blockages. The mother wound often unconsciously affects our relationships, self-esteem, boundaries, femininity/masculinity, and our ability to receive and give.

​

Often, these painful memories are difficult to access. However, the body remembers – and healing occurs through the body.

​

This evening gives you the opportunity to:
- experience a deeper sense of security and belonging,
- release old, unspoken emotional tensions,
- connect with your own inner maternal quality,
- rewrite patterns in your body.

Who is it for?

- if your relationship with your mother is difficult or ambivalent,
- if you often feel that “it wasn’t enough”, “it was too much”, or that tenderness was lacking,
- if you want to connect with your body,
- if you are already on a path of self-discovery and are open to a body-based approach,
- if you simply desire a slow, sustaining, feminine-quality space,
- if you desire self-acceptance.

No prior experience is necessary.

How does somatic touch help?

Somatic touch releases emotional blocks stored in your body.

​

It helps:
- to calm down on a nervous system level,
- to provide security,
- to recognize and release stored emotional imprints,
- to develop a deeper presence and connect with your body.

Anikó Durst - Sacred Body Awakening facilitator, Reiki practitioner, leader of Women's JOY CIRCLES - playful, loving female gatherings based on the senses, combined with deep solutions.
Touch-based methods are important pillars of my self-knowledge journey and my helping activities. For years, I have been experiencing in my Reiki treatments and touch sessions what changes and overrides a safe space and loving touch can bring. Sacred Body Awakening is a gentle, yet extremely transformative touch-based method that is best experienced in person. It feels wonderful to give and receive.

You will receive the necessary payment details by email after registration.

By registering, you agree to the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 1 week before the event.
Cancellation within 1 week but more than 72 hours before the event will result in a loss of 5,000 HUF.
In case of cancellation within 72 hours of the event date or no-show, the full price of the workshop will be charged.
