Sacred Body Awakening – Healing the Father Wound with Somatic Touch

The father is the first male image in our lives. It affects us both when he was present – ​​and when he was absent.
Our relationship with the father is deeply inscribed in our bodies: it determines how we relate to safety, our boundaries, our strength, self-esteem, action and masculine energy – in both women and men.
​
On this occasion, we will work with the Sacred Body Awakening method on the apase and the blockages that are related to the masculine side, retention, leadership and the relationship with power.

We do not analyze stories, but approach them through the wisdom of the body.

Somatic touch is a subtle, conscious presence-based method that helps:
* release deeply rooted body-nervous system patterns,
* give the body a new experience in a safe space,
* get in touch with repressed feelings such as anger, pain, lack or desire,
* integrate what has been unspoken or unlived until now.
​
Touch does not “fix” anything, but reminds us: that the body is capable of self-regulation, healing and connection.
​
This event is for you if you feel that:
* your relationship with your father is still affecting your present,
* you have difficulties with male energy, assertiveness or trust
* you would like to release blockages, sadness on a deeper physical level, not just in your head.

Touch-based methods are important pillars of my self-knowledge journey and my helping activities. For years, I have been experiencing the changes and overrides that safe space and loving touch can bring about in my Reiki treatments and touch sessions. Sacred Body Awakening is a gentle, yet extremely transformative touch-based method that is best experienced in person. It is a wonderful feeling to give and receive.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 1 week before the event.
Cancellation within 1 week but more than 72 hours before the event will result in a loss of 5,000 HUF.
In case of cancellation within 72 hours of the event date or no-show, the full price of the workshop will be charged.
