be present, surrender to the process, from which a charged, arrived state can be born.

Sacred Body Awakening is a deep connection from soul to soul, through gentle touches, we gently release, among other things, the shame, sadness, anger, tension stored in the body, to arrive at a joyful, relaxed, beyond words state.
We accompany each other with love.
Without prejudice, we connect to the innermost, true reality of the other.
We touch each other as if we were in the blessed moment of birth, we marvel at the other with love.

A beautiful, large attic room awaits us and we can enjoy our somatic practices and our shared meals in the communal space on the ground floor. During breaks you can relax in the garden, and the Danube bank is a 5-minute walk away.

First day (Friday, November 20, 2026):
Arrival at 4:30 PM.
Start at 5:00 PM.
After an opening round and somatic exercises, we crown the evening with a joint dinner and quickly rest.

Second day (Saturday, November 21, 2026):
In the morning we start with moving exercises, then continue with a joint breakfast.
In the morning block we get to know the touches of Sacred Body Awakening and the first constellation.
After lunch and a little grounding, we continue with Sacred Body Awakening.
A joint dinner and rest close the day.

Third day (Sunday, November 22, 2026):
In the morning we start with individual somatic exercises, then continue with a joint breakfast.
In the morning block we continue with the Sacred Body Awakening touches.
After lunch and a little grounding and rest, we continue with the Sacred Body Awakening.
In the afternoon, closing circle and farewell at 5:00 PM.

The program fee is 120,000 HUF.
The price includes accommodation, use of the room, 6 meals, tea, coffee, lemon water during the day and the programs.
Advance payment of 60,000 HUF, which must be paid upon registration.

Accommodation:
In Zuzorka, sleeping together takes place on sponges in the large space, bed linen is provided.
If this is not suitable for you, there is also the possibility of a tour.
Alternatively, we can recommend nearby accommodations in Kismaros with the recommendation of the owner of Zuzorka, the cost of this must be calculated additionally, depending on the number of people 25,000-45,000 HUF/person/2 nights.
