A full-day Sacred Body Awakening workshop, in a women's circle, supporting spring and physical and spiritual opening.

On this occasion, we focus on the female opening. There are many times in a woman's life that the opening does not happen at her own pace and at her own pace.
We open the space for the release and overwriting of these deepest imprints, memories stored in the body, during our Sacred Body Awakening Opening workshop.

We meet in a women's circle to support each other and gradually deepen this process.

After a short attunement, we connect with our own feminine side, and then through touch we release all those hindering blockages that stand in the way of the fulfillment of our femininity. In this soft, safe environment, we can experience how our body opens in its own rhythm. Through touch, we release the imprints of sexual intercourse and gynecological treatments from the body, when the events did not happen at our own rhythm, under pressure or according to the will of the other party. Then we fill the body with what a connection and treatment that supports women as partners would be like, where the opening is the woman's choice and happens in the rhythm of her body.

Sacred Body Awakening is a somatic touch-based method that helps us find our way home to ourselves. During the process, we open the body with loving touches, tuning in to the partner, thus releasing stuck emotions and blockages, and filling emotional gaps. We can experience that traumas inflicted on the body are often not alleviated by cognitive therapies; the body can heal, release and open through safe touches.

Supporting the above, we work with 2 Sacred Body Awakening constellations (this covers the body positions) on this day:
First, we get to know the feminine side, we enter the feminine side of our body-soul, surround it with care, we look for maternal programs, transgenerational blockages, we are filled with a deep, sustaining feminine quality.
Then we enter the space of gentle opening to make room for healing and revelation.​​​​ Our fellow women hold us so that we can experience the opening at our own pace, without rushing or external intervention. We can rest in the feeling that we can finally control this sensitive situation, recognizing what our body allows, what our soul desires.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 1 week before the event.
Cancellation within 1 week but more than 72 hours before the event will result in the loss of the deposit paid.
In case of cancellation within 72 hours of the event date or no-show, the full price of the workshop must be paid.
