Discovery - Experiencing inner safety - Arrival

We first worked with this triple theme at the BeToGather festival, which we now bring to you with a slight modification.

With the Sacred Body Awakening touch method and its complementary somatic exercises, we connect with our inner child, experience sustaining touches with ourselves and others.

1. Discovery:
Happy, joyful, curious, impulsive - we make an attempt to experience everything that is characteristic of the child. We look at how we are with touch, what we bring from the past and where we are going.

2. Experiencing inner safety:
You can experience inner safety and retention through touch in one of the Sacred Body Awakening couple exercises.

​

3. Arrival:
Our focus will be on finding the place of the inner child in the adult body, thus integrating the experiences of touch.

You will receive the necessary payment details by email after registration.

By registering, you agree to the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 1 week before the event.
Cancellation within 1 week but more than 72 hours before the event will result in a loss of 5,000 HUF.
In case of cancellation within 72 hours of the event date or no-show, the full price of the workshop will be charged.
