Sacred Body Awakening is a somatic touch-based method that helps us find our way home to ourselves. During the process, we open the body with loving touches, tuning in to our partner, thus releasing stuck emotions and blockages, and filling emotional gaps. We can experience that traumas inflicted on the body are often not alleviated by cognitive therapies; the body can heal, release, and open through safe touches.

On this occasion, we will focus on female opening.

​

Unfortunately, most of us have bad memories in our lives that are related to gynecological examinations, treatments, or even surgery. Impersonal, rushed attitudes, insulting remarks, sudden movements that were not preceded by preparatory communication - various negative experiences may arise. Perhaps your birth was overly medicalized, you could not make a decision, you were scared, you could not follow your own or your baby's rhythm.

If you have had a similar experience, we look forward to this session. In a soft, safe environment, we can experience how our bodies open up in their own rhythm. Our intention is that on this occasion, together, in a women's group, we will release and overwrite the imprints of cold gynecological examinations, the unpleasant feelings and memories that we experienced during treatment or childbirth. Then we will fill the body with what a care that treats women as partners would be like, where the opening is the woman's choice and this happens in the rhythm of her body.

Supporting the above, we will work with three Sacred Body Awakening constellations (this covers the body positions) during this weekend:

First we dive into self-love and allow ourselves to arrive in the soft, safe space of this method.

Secondly we get to know the feminine side, we enter the feminine side of our body-soul, surround it with care, look for maternal programs, transgenerational blockages, and fill ourselves with a deep, sustaining feminine quality.

We then enter the space of gentle opening to make room for healing and revelation. Our fellow women hold us so that we can experience the opening at our own pace, without rushing or external intervention. We can rest in the feeling that we can finally control this sensitive situation, acknowledging what our body allows, what our soul desires.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 1 week before the event.
Cancellation within 1 week but more than 72 hours before the event will result in the loss of the deposit paid.
In case of cancellation within 72 hours of the event or no-show, the full price of the workshop must be paid.
